All BVCC parishioners are being asked to attend a critically important Parish-wide Synod Meeting from 6 to 7:30PM on Wednesday, June 29 at St. Augustine. The Boyne Valley Catholic Community (BVCC) Pastoral Council is asking for your input on identifying the most critical issues that will be addressed as we move ahead in our efforts to improve BVCC.
The June 29 meeting will use small group interaction and group reports to identify the 3 to 4 most important issues, and then come up with specific ideas/plans to address those issues (the summary results of the synod meetings were sent to parishioners via email). The pastoral council will then work in the future to implement those ideas/plans.
BVCC should be proud of the wonderful Catholic community that we are, but also should know that we can enhance that which we are doing right and address those issues that are being overlooked. Your input is most important. Please plan on attending the June 29 meeting.
